We are a complete technology training solution provider.
We know that the most important part of training is the implementation. It's not enough to just learn a skill, you have to use it and make mistakes before you are comfortable and facile with it, and nowhere more so than technology based applications. That is why we are committed to complete post-training follow-up and support options. That can range from real-time phone support, the convenience of 24/7 email and online support, in-person meetings and more.
We offer a wide range of options from a minimum of supporting exactly what the specific subject matter training covered to offering a full technology training support plan for your faculty and facility.
Contact us today about our support plan options.

Access our online support room nowAlt+F4 shortcut
On a Windows computer, this shortcut closes a window and/or program that is open. One way to use this is as a safer way of closing Internet pop-up windows. More and more pop-ups these days are viruses in disguise, and when you click on anything in the window, it could install a virus. Using the Alt-F4 shortcut could help you avoid one more virus. Of course, a good up-to-date virus scan program is a must!
I use a flash drive to backup files. I'm good right?
Well, not really. While using a flash drive to copy files is a great way of having multiple copies and a form of backup, if this is the only thing you do, you are still not very protected. We can help you setup a comprehensive backup system that includes automated schedules, multiple backup redundancy, rotating media, and offsite secure backups. When a tragedy strikes your data, you have only two options: Restore a backup or Rebuild your data, and if your last full accessible backup is 6 months old, get ready for long weekends of rebuilding.
