Support Contract Pricing

Serendipity Technology offers comprehensive contracts for your tech needs. Think of it like an insurance policy for all the technology in your life. When you have a support contract, there's no worrying about who to call and how much the call will cost, it's all very clear and very easy.

Email, Chat, and Remote Access Support

Under the contract, live chat and remote access incidents included are up to 2 hours, an incident requiring more than 2 hours to resolve will incur additional charges at $20 per hour billed in 15 minute increments

10 incidents per month Paid Monthly: $99 per month
Plan includes 2 phone incidents, up to 4 hours phone support, additional hours billed at $35 per hour
Paid Quarterly: $89 per month
Paid 6-months: $79 per month
Paid Yearly: $69 per month

*Plans with additional or fewer incidents are available upon request

On-site Service Calls

On-site service (Up to 2 hours) $120 Additional Hours $50 Same Day Response when available: $60 surcharge

Email Support

Incidents consist of one identifiable problem and are not billed per e-mail. Once incident may require several emails to resolve. Use the contact form on this site to begin an incident.

Remote Access and Online Live Chat Support

Remote access and live chat sessions may be scheduled by using the contact form on this site, these are useful when working through issues.
Per-Incident $40/hr ($25 minimum charge)
