Basically, it's very similar to real Tupperware parties, candle parties, and the like. You gather your friends and their gadgets, we come in with the food and the fun learning. What is a "consumer"?
We consider anyone who is using technology for non-commercial use. However, if you are using technology at home to help with your job, that would still be considered consumer use.
Why is business pricing more than consumer pricing?
Because of the very specialized knowledge and skills needed for business tasks and the fact that typically, a business would have more than one user and several computers, we charge a little more for business services.
I want to setup a website, what do I need?
Basically, you need an idea for the site name www.whatever.com, you need some idea of the colors, layout, and design you want, and we go from there. Basic website packages start at $250 including the first year of hosting and the domain name registration.
Will I always need to come to you to update my website?
Not necessarily. We have packages that include a setup for you to be able to edit your own site very easily and we will train you on how to do that. If you prefer to have us manage and edit the site for you, we offer very reasonable prices.
Do you offer group help?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide "Tupperware style" gatherings. If you are interested in setting something up, just let us know and we can work with you on all the arrangements. We even have a very special gourmet caterer to make the event an evening you won't forget!

Alt+F4 shortcut
On a Windows computer, this shortcut closes a window and/or program that is open. One way to use this is as a safer way of closing Internet pop-up windows. More and more pop-ups these days are viruses in disguise, and when you click on anything in the window, it could install a virus. Using the Alt-F4 shortcut could help you avoid one more virus. Of course, a good up-to-date virus scan program is a must!
Question of the Week
I use a flash drive to backup files. I'm good right?
Well, not really. While using a flash drive to copy files is a great way of having multiple copies and a form of backup, if this is the only thing you do, you are still not very protected. We can help you setup a comprehensive backup system that includes automated schedules, multiple backup redundancy, rotating media, and offsite secure backups. When a tragedy strikes your data, you have only two options: Restore a backup or Rebuild your data, and if your last full accessible backup is 6 months old, get ready for long weekends of rebuilding.
